    “It’s came from Tadashi’s lab!” Wasabi yelled

    Sparky’s eyes pointed up and he howled, surprising my friends. He bounded down the hallway, following the shouts. The gang and I followed suit.

    Sparky stopped in front of a door, and scratched on it, wanting me to open it. I tried the handle but it was locked.

    “Sparky it’s locked!”

    Sparky barked his understanding and nudged me back roughly with his head and neck. He reared back and smashed the doors down with his forelegs.

    The shouts stopped abruptly as the door was torn apart as if it was wet paper. Sparky bounded in the room and I followed. The others stayed out in the hallway, looking in.

    A blast of bitterly cold air rushed out, creating ice instantly on the floor. I expected to see maybe someone whose head was on fire from an exploded experiment. But instead I saw a tall, rather handsome guy trying to fend off a … blizzard?

    Inside the room was a tiny blizzard, there was snow and wind blowing in all directions. Papers and other things blew everywhere. The winds blew out into the hallway, I could hear the others behind gasp at the cold and the shock of …this. My bare skin began to numb at the stark coldness.

    I tried to walk into the wind but the wind pushed me back so I had to bend and trudge forward. Sparky’s claws extended to help him grip the floor to move forward. I held onto him as we made our way step by step to the guy. I tapped on his shoulder, getting his attention.

    A noise that sounded like crinkling tin foil come from behind me. I turned around to see the door repairing itself.  The group on the other side were pounding on the now-fixed door, yelling.

    Now that the blizzard was contained in a smaller space, it grew more hectic. Creating a miny hurricane with ice. The boy, Sparky and I were blown into the middle of the room. I banged into the guy’s chest a couple times before he grabbed me and held me against him. I blushed against his warm arms and chest, despite the cold. He was a good bit taller than me so I was eyelevel with the top half of his chest.

    I looked up, thanks to the snow, visibility was getting poor. But I was able to see the brown eyes that had saved me last night. I gasped, his eyes widening in surprise as he recognized me.

    A strong wind blew and ice formed beneath us. He stumbled and lost his balance, bringing me down with him. He fell with a thud and I landed on his hard chest. I laid on top of him a moment before he shifted up to his elbows. I got up on my arms. It was then that I realized that I was draped across him and we were both really close.

    Our foggy puffs of breathe mixed with each other’s before the wind ripped it away. I got a good look at his face. He had strong cheekbones, which were blushing bright pink. He had slightly Asian eyes, which were a gooey chocolate color that I had dreamed about recently. His lips looked soft, and were a rosy pink but were tinged slightly blue from the cold. His hair was being blown everywhere but I could see that he had a cowlick tuft, sticking straight up waving in the gale.

    I snapped from my thoughts as a violent shiver ripped through my body. Why did have to be wearing just a tank top and jean shorts?! I looked helplessly up at him. He had been looking at me closely and seemed to feel my shivers. His eyebrows knit down in concern and worry. He got up, pulling me with him. He pulled me closer to him wrapping his arms tightly around me to try to warm me. Turning me from the center of the storm, and shielding me from the worst of it with his body.

    I enjoyed that he was so sweetly concerned but I wanted to know how to stop the miniature blizzard. He bent his head down, and yelled over the rage of the storm, in my ear.

    “I created an invention that creates water, ice and wind, but it got out of control during an experiment! It happened so fast that I didn’t have time to fix it! We’re either going to have to find the box or wait out the storm!”

    Up until that moment, I had forgotten about Sparky. He would be the only one able to find anything in this. But I had to tell him.

    “Hey! I brought someone who could help! SPARKYYY!!!”

    I surprised him, but he was even more surprised when two ruby eyes began to glow, looking sinister in the whiteness around us.

    “Sparky! Find the source and destroy it!”

    Sparky barked and his eyes disappeared.

    “What was that?!”

    “That was my wolf! I created him, he’s a robot wolf! He’ll be able to find it!”

    “WHAT?!”

    “I created him! He’s a robot wolf! He will be able to stop this!”

    “Oh!”

    The wind continued to blow as my shivers became more and more violent. The guy began to shake too. A thought came to my mind.

    “What’s your name?”

    “What?”

    “Your name! What’s your name!?”

    “Tadashi! What’s yours?”

    “_______!”

    “Well ______, pleasure to meet you!”

    I laughed,

    “Pleasure to meet you too!”

    I couldn’t talk anymore, I was getting so cold. And I was getting very tired, so sleepy. My knees buckled and I began to fall. But    Tadashi caught me, and got down on his knees holding me tighter than ever, in a desperate attempt to keep me warm.

    “Hey! Don’t go to sleep! If you do, you’ll never wake up!”

    I nodded sluggishly, but I feel myself start to lose my grip. So we both sat there, me lying limp in Tadashi’s arms. Then at last, we heard a bark and a loud crash. Then the winds and snow stopped. The air cleared up so I could actually see the destroyed lab.

    I was barely awake when I saw Sparky sitting on his haunches in front of me, something that looked rather complex but crushed with wires poking out was in Sparky’s mouth. He tried to give it to me, but I couldn’t move.

    Suddenly Tadashi went limp and we were both on the floor shivering violently. Sparky whined and laid down next to me, nudging my hand with the thing in his mouth. He whimpered pitifully and nudged my arm more forcefully. I still couldn’t respond. I wanted to so badly reach out and soothe him, but I was shaking too bad.

    Sparky’s eyes glowed as his lasers shot out and scanned my body then Tadashi’s. He yipped alarmingly and dropped the thing in his mouth and streaked to the door. Ramming it down, Honey Lemon, Gogo, and Fred rushed in and dropped their mouths at the destruction. Wasabi came in behind them with a first aid kit.

    “____! Tadashi!” He rushed in and knelt by Tadashi’s side.

    My eyelids fluttered shut, but I heard Tadashi say something and heard the familiar noise of something inflating.
